I created this artwork to bring awareness to the pain, fear, and worry that many black women face today when their children leave home due to the injustices that have occurred over the years. I just wanted to create something that shows support to let you know you’re not alone. I personally hand drew the design and digitally recreated it to make it one of a kind.
